Hurting after fight(help plz important!!!)?

ok so, i asked this like 1 min before but i think i put it in the wrong spot sorry but hey plz answer, so yesterday i got into a major fight basically while i wasnt looking the girl took a wrench and started banging my head with it, i tryed fighting back of course but she had a freakin wrench(we did report it the police) right now my back is hurting so much idk why, i went to the hospital this morning, they said i have head trauma and joint trauma, this pain is excruciating! its hurting so much im crying right now, wut do i do why is it hurting so much, plz help! no one is awake by the way

When I got into a fight my mom went to the store and got me painkillers...

But did the doctor give you anything for the pain??

Ice packs might help..

Or those one pads that are cold at first and then they heat up(I forgot the name..)

Did the hospital give you pain killers?  If not, try Tylenol Extra Strength.

  

Also, try using ice packs on the painful areas.

  

See a Doctor again if it continues to hurt so much.

  

And try to improve your situation so that you don't get into physical fights - hang out with people who just don't do that, and avoid those who do.

ummm. i would go back to the ER.  maybe try another hospital cause the one you went to apparently isn't recognizing the severity of your symptoms.  and have the girl pay for your bills!
