Hurting after running?

okay i was just practicing my 40. after doing that alot i rested for 20 minutes and tried it again. this time my legs were hurting a lot so my time decreased. my legs hurt now but should i rest for the rest of the day

  1. They could just be really sore. It would help to run a little bit and stretch a lot. I found that sitting in a tub full of ice water works very well.

    You really don't have to take the whole day off. Just decrease your normal work out.


  2. This could be muscle strain (an example only).  I would recommend resting for the rest of the day and also the next day.
