Hurting your back/spine...?

and the cushion fell over and i slammed into the metal pole right on my spine, when i looked my back had a red mark where i hit it and a little lump, well it's only the size of a spot and i don't think i've damaged my spine or anything, it's made my back ache at the top and bottom. Do you think it will just ache for a bit and then go altogether?

yea you'll be ok.  That must have hurt though.
