Husband's pants are a pain in the tush! Advice please?

A few weeks ago I bought a new pair of 100% cotton pants for my husband to wear to work. They are supposed to be wrinkle free and ready to wear out of the dryer...but they are not!! I have to starch and iron them every time he wears them. As soon as he sits down in them it looks like I haven't touched them. Its so aggravating!! Any advice on how to build wrinkle resistance? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

(Yes I did just post this same question, but I am not getting any answers)

Send them out to the cleaners, that's what I do.

Am afraid it's the nature of cotton.

Instead of ironing I just drip dry; the results are the same.
