  1. i have not but i was recommended damiana tea.... do some research and i know how  you feel its been 3 years of me TTC... i started on damiana on the first of this month...

    here's hoping for the best

  2. pcos is teh suck, isn't it?  I haven't heard of fo-ti but I have heard of dong quai.  I tried it once and didn't really see any changes.  but then again, that was a few years ago when I was at my most depressed and probably wasn't taking it every day or anything.

I've recently started taking vitex and have been feeling really good lately.  I had no periods for about 5 months and then started taking vitex almost 4 weeks ago.  my period started about a week and a half after that.  :D  I *may* have ovulated this month, but I'm not sure.  I know the vitex is a slow acting herb and may take a few months so I'm not expecting any miracles this first month.  getting back to regular periods is my first goal, then I'll worry about ovulation tests and temping and whatever else.  :D

  3. Although i have never used them for conception, both my husband and i have had amazing success using chinese medicine from acupuncture to herbs, to maintain our health (we even induced an overdue babe, once)

Find a practitioner with credentials you trust and have at 'em!

  4. yes, i have heard of these herbs, but i am not a Chinese Medicine practitioner. please find one in your vicinity. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has helped many women get pregnant. TCM includes acupuncture and herbs (like Dong Quai).
