Husband had ESOP plan at Homedepot , is he still entitled to money?

Its been several years but he worked at home depot and quit he worked there for around a year he even paid extra in to it. does he still have stock in Home deopt? Isn't he at least entitled to what he paid in himself? How would we find out?
