Are you sure it's real? Maybe it's made of plastic.

I've looked on loads of sites, and I can't find anything like it, particularly the spikes.

Is there any way you can contact the owner and find out what it is - and if you find out, can you add the info. on to your question, please? I'm going to be curious about it forever, otherwise.
