Husqvarna Viking #1plus bobbin problem

Question

Some threads got jammed in my machine and after I cut them and cleaned them out I had a problem with the bobbin tension. The bottom of my work looks better than the top. It seems like the bobbin thread is being pulled to the top. I have noticed the thread pulls out of the case very loosely so I tightened the s***w on the bobbin case It made no difference. I checked it for threads or fuzz but found none. Any advice?

I am having the same difficulty when embroidering. The bobbin thread is completely pulling through to the top of my design it looks awful. Sewing it works just fine. Thanks
