Hw 2 register for taiwan yahoo?

Anyone knw hw 2 register for the taiwan yahoo? I've problem with the postal code. After filling up all the blanks,it wil either reset by asking to retype the username & the password, or wil just display error @ this time.. Anyone who have the same problem,can share with mi more?

i think u can register in other yahoos,like yahoo.com and use that username for the taiwan yahoo. [maybe..]just try
