  1. To become a better softball player you should work on a lot of drills such as catching in the outfield and trying to throw all the way to home plate. A lot of throwing drills at the same time as fielding would help you work on both. Practice with a friend because it helps you guys realize each others mistakes and teach each other. To work on posture on throwing, stand about 10 feet away and have the other person see if you are fielding the ball in the right part of your glove and if you have your protective hand to stop the ball from falling out of your glove. There are some websites online that have great drills such as http://www.dprsports.com/softball_drills... For batting, I would recommend batting cages and proper posture such as your stance in the box. Try this website http://www.empiricalsound.com/Proper%20H... . Good luck, and I'm sure you will do fine.

  2. Do more squats and hold it for a long time.

practice throwing farther with a friend in a field

when you swing the bat, make sure it goes horizontally

did that help? hope it will. :)

  3. go to your nearest batting cages and work on hitting, and every week you go try stepping it up one more level of speed. and on feliding just work on your troughs from 3rd to 1st and home 2 2nd. then work on outfield pop flies that should help you become the best softball player you can be.
