so heres and exsample of a problem:

1and 1/2 divided by 2/3

  1. First convert 1 1/2 to 3/2 which is the same thing. Then when dividing you need to flip the num/denominator of one of them. Like: 3/2 / 2/3 = 3/2* 3/2 = 6/4= 3/2


  2. flip the fraction and multiply it

    1 1/2 * 3/2
