Hw much b12 and vitamin D should I have?

I am going vegan and my Silk soy milk has 50% B12 in it and 30% vitamin d in it, how many cups (one serving) of soy milk should i have everyday to fit the daily requirement of b12 and vitamin D?

  1. Daily need of B12 is about 2.5mcg.

    even if you take 50mcg it will not over dose.

    Most multivitamin has 10mcg/pill.

    So it should be ok.


  2. Stop worrying so much. Nature isn't that complicated. Just drink a couple glasses of silk a day. And you get vitamin D naturally from the sun.

  3. You should try getting a b-12 supplement.
