Hw old do you have to be to buy a paintball gun?

mine broke so i need another... but my mom works and my dad is divorcing her right now so i was wondering how old do you have to be?? is it 18.. im 16 now

I would say 18 and to find an older friend that would be able to buy if for you if you paid them back. Another option is to try to fix the one you have.
