    Frozen banana frozen apple frozen strawberries.

    1 scoop of low fat chocolate ice-cream. blended :D.

    1 cup of each fruites. yummmm

  3. Pineapple, crushed – ¼ cup.

    Apricot, diced – 1.

    Strawberries – 6.

    Banana – ½.

    Water – 1 ½ cup.

    Low fat yogurt – 1 cup.

    Ice, crushed – ¼ cup.

    s***n – 2 cup.

    All you need to do is add all these ingredients in a blender till they are mixed well and blended into smoothness. Your delicious apricot pineapple smoothie is ready.

  5. Make a smoothie ????? apples and bananas or go to the store and buy frozen fruits in a bag and get some apple juice to pour in the smoothies DUH!!

  6. we always buy our fruit in bulk and freeze them, then you can add them in the blender, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, anything. mix them with fresh bananas and yogurt , milk. anything you like :)

  7. Grind 100 gms carrot, 25 gms Beetroot, 1/2 Cucumber extract juice and drink - rich in fiber energy pls do not add any sugar, salt pepper etc for extra taste - instead try drops of Lemon, !/4 Green chilli, tinge of Ginger add Honey if sweet is required

  8. I love making smoothies.

    If you have a blender you should try mixing skim milk, frozen fruit, source yogurt (real healthy), and some splenda if you want it to taste a bit sweeter. It's real healthy and good!

    I usually mix about a cup of milk, a cup of strawberries, a cup of cherry source yogurt and some splenda.
