Hy, I have one problem, my Sony Tv not work, when I turn on Tv, Tv is going to off nad go to standby, LED blinks twice...what can be with my Tv?

Line output transistor Bu2515DX is ok,and everything is ok,R618 270K is ok,maybe is Flyback transformer not work?

The chassis is FE2,thanky you,if you say me something about this problem I will be very appriciate...
