Hybrid SUV? Which one's best?

So, my parents want a hybrid SUV, and I've taken it upon myself to makesure they get a decent looking car. So, they definitely want a hybrid, and an SUV that is on the small end (no bigger than the ford explorer). So, what kind of SUV isn't hideous looking? If this is the car I'll be driving when I'm 16, it HAS to be cool! thx

Well, I guess it depends on what price range they're looking at. There's quite a few hybrid SUV's out there nowadays.

But, in my opinion, the Lexus RX 400h fits your requirements perfectly. It's a hybrid and is no bigger than the Explorer. It has a stylish design and most importantly, it's a Lexus. But it's pricey though.

The less expensive option might be the Toyota Highlander hybrid. It's very much like the RX but less expensive.

For a good reliable, fuel efficient hybrid SUV, the Toyota Highlander or Mercury Mariner ( Ford Escape).
