Question

In Hyde Bank is it like a real jail or because its under 21 is it different? Do you have to stay in your cell all day or can you move about the center. Can someone tell me what it is like because i have a friend there and i want to know what it is like for him?? PLZ <3

u can walk around a bit-during exercises/makan time. certain times u r confined.
