  1. Try to search a product called EMBACO GROUT.  We used this to anchor machines to the concrete floor.  Bolts were set in place, and the grout was poured in around them. This stuff expands as it hardens,  We used this to anchor machines to the floor in the shop where I worked.

  2. Quikrete!!! Call your local farm store. This is a common product. The lumber yard might have it also. It's just fast drying concrete that you mix as thick as you need it. May I suggest once you have fixed it that you paint some sealant over it that is made for basements. We did this and saved the downstairs carpet.

  3. Cheri is right. Quikrete is the best for your application. I have stopped water running through a basement wall with it.

And it's less expensive than other products.

  4. what you need to determine wheres the leak? and why? poor

drainage, bad grade, gutters clean downspouts pointing to the windows ? poured foundation, or block? if the leak is on

the inside its coming from the outside! french drains, slab probs, hydrostatic pressure , pump good, float switch, condensation from ac unit / ducts, humidity, winter too? if this

block foundation not filled solid , probably not, you don't want that water in there with changing temps.
