Hydrogen Bomb VS Tornado?

What would do more damage to a population? A hydrogen bomb or a 200 mph 250 feet wide tornado?

  1. The hydrogen bombs in the current inventory are fairly small compared to a storm big enough to cause a tornado.  But its energy is released more quickly in a concentrated area so its destruction is more "precise" and deadly.

    A note.  A hydrogen bomb can be built to any size by adding heavy water.  (This is not true of Hiroshima/Nagasaki type atomic bombs that have a limit in size due to the nature of  the explosion itself.)
