Hydrogen Peroxide bad for ur teeth?

is it.... does it really break down ur anamel? or something how about straw berries?

i really want to know

also does backing soda really hurt ur teeth?

i want to try all of this...

No. My friends brush their teeth with baking soda...just dont do it TOO much. Also, peroxide is fine...just dont use too much or you might get sick.

personally i prefer hydro to baking soda that actually help whithen your teeth

Sports drinks are the worse for your teeth but soda isn't good for you period. Baking soda doesn't hurt your teeth they actually have an arm and hammer baking soda tooth paste and its my favorite kind. Best thing to do would be to ask your dentist about these things.

iv done it before but its horrible, your better off just getting some crest white strips
