  1. there are none

  2. http://www.switch2hydrogen.com/

I stumbled on this and have wanted a conversion ever since. There kit is being held up by legal problem from the consumer protection agency. No doubt lobbied by the oil industry. They have a great new system for chemically bonding hydrogen to metal hydride and storing it safely in a low pressure type system. Not carrying around a large pressurized hydrogen bomb is certainly a major factor in me buying one. Also, the hydrogen is made cheaply at home and you can fill-up once every 2 days with there system.

  3. I'm trying to make my own using a 12 volt to 110 volt inverter power supply and for my reactor I'm using stainless steal plates that are actually home light switch covers with a small plastic spacer between them . I'm getting allot of hydrogen and oxygen mix but i don't want to store it because its so explosive .So I'm trying to figure out an electrical way to to get it on demand according to the intake of the motor that's what my reactor would create . They sell them on eBay most of them are hand built and give out little H and O . Check out the " Joe cell  " if you can figure that out its the way to go but every thing must be perfect in order for it to work and i think it gives off orgon and not H and O.

  4. Not yet. Probably not ever; so far, hydrogen is too expensive and an unstable fuel source. There are electric car conversion kits available online.

  5. LMAO

    Some people.

  6. No, also, "hydrogen conversion" won't help the environment.  (How are you going to get hydrogen?  Exactly.  Not from water, but from natural gas and other fossil fuels.)

  7. If you are looking to do this conversion yourself, you need to check out the following site:   www.clean-air.org

So far there is no kit on the market that I've found.   Start by converting a small engine to run on hydrogen.   This is relatively simple to do.  My son and I converted a Yard Machine lawn mower that would no longer run on gasoline to operation on hydrogen.  photo at

    Our parts list contains:

about 2' of stainless steel line with a 1/32" ID and 1/8"OD $20

    needle valve   $3

    flexible hydrogen hose  $20

    2400psi compressed hydrogen tank  'Q' sized  $30

    a 2 stage hydrogen regulator  $350

misc ratchet straps to hold the tank and tube/hose connectors and fasteners   $15.00

Visit www.knowledgepublications.com to find a DVD with how to convert to alternative fuels.   Very good resource and so far absolutely accurate.

We are on track to do 3 auto conversions this year and about a half dozen small engine projects.

    Enjoy this is fun stuff.
