  1. It is effective and safe since practically all teeth-whitening medications use it as main component.

You have to dilute hydrogen peroxide up to 6%

  2. Yes, it's totally safe and Quite effective.

I do it for my self twice in a year ( for a week time every night am wearyng special laboratory made trays with PF Carbamide Peroxide on them)

Very happy with the result. I think you should try it!

But Please do contact your Dentist first!

    Good luck

  3. I've tried it, but I think that I just wasted my time on it. It's not really that effective - at least for me. and that baking soda. ugh.

If you want to whiten your teeth (which is what you want), Crest Whitestrips hands down, plus regular visits to the dentist (every 6 months), it's the most effective way. Or if you are reducing your bad breath, BACTIDOL ;)

  4. Used it for years on my dentists advice. I believe that some now feel it is not that good because it hurts gum tissue. I had no problems.

I used baking soda, a dollop in my palm, and the regular strength peroxide, Mix and brush. i sometimes mixed the peroxide with Dr. West's tooth powder but I believe that is not sold anymore.
