Hydrogen perxoide whiten teeth?

ive got some thats 3% and in a brown bottle

how do i whiten my teeth with it ?

how long will it take till my teeth are really whitee

should i use baking soda to ?

the whitening agent in teeth whiteners is carbamide peroxide not hydrogen peroxide.  baking soda is not a whitener but an abrasive.

its an oxidizing agent, it will give little results but it will burn your gums.

Hydrogen Peroxide is not allowed  to be used at home for your teeth ,it's harmful and  can severely damage the soft tissue like your gums.I would suggest you go to your dentist and have them give you a whitening teeth material that are safe to use at home.

okay first of all thoes to dont know what they are talking about lolz.

but what you do it

-pour baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide in a little cup, but try to make a paste out of it, then what you do it just use it as tooth paste.

-you should notice some white still on your teeth, if you dont know this, ill tell ya

-hydrogen peroxide is kindof like a cleaning product without all the chemicals, and it cleans really well in mouthes, expecially becuase the mouth, caries alot of bacteria.

-just what ever you do dont gargul with this, or even just HP alone. there really is no danger its just you dont want to be SUPER clean you still need some bacteria in your system.
