Hydroxycut Opinions?

Does Hydroxycut really work?.........I am not over weight at all, but I do want to burn a few fat pounds.......... Has anyone out there used Hydroxycut and if so what do you think about it????? Is it good, what are the side effects?

I work as a Pharmacy Technician and I have read a lot about diet drugs.  I'm in the process of losing weight and I have tried everything! My pharmacists always say to stay away from over the counter diet stuff.  They have a lot of weird unnecessary ingredients in them.  I talked to my doctor extensively and she said the only 2 diet products that actually work are the FDA approved Alli, which blocks fat and isn't what you are looking for, or honestly my doctor told me hoodia works, but it is expensive.  Hoodia will help you feel full so you will eat less.

Hydroxycut will not help you lose weight.  It contains diuretics that will make some people lose a pound or two, but the next time you drink water you will gain it right back.

To burn fat pounds you need to watch your diet and do cardio workouts. I know we all wish there was a simple solution, but honestly I've tried all the diet products and nothing works, as much as they claim to.

If you want a quick fix and maybe fit into some skinny jeans for a day, I would recommend buying diurex which does the same thing as hydroxycut, and it's cheaper!  If you go to CVS it is usually either in the diet section or with feminine care products like Midol.

There are so many side effects to hydroxycut, increased heart rate, blurred vision, anxiety attacks etc.

Truth is, for someone like you just adding an extra workout routine maybe 3 times a week would produce results and you will look and feel much better than if you used any of those expensive diet drugs that don't work. If you absolutely want to try something, try REGULAR hoodia. (Nothing else added)

It didn't do anything for me.  It might have helped my appetite a little bit during the day but when it wore off I pigged out in the evening.
