Hyperkeratosis on dog's nose.

My dog has the same issue, I put Aquaphor on his nose and it has cleared up. You have  to be consistant I have to slather it on there twice a day. Even if I miss a day it starts coming back. Good luck I'm online too looking for more permanent solutions, but as far as I've read you just gotta keep up with it.
