  1. The mind/brain are the least studied out of all our organs.  This is because you really can't cut into someone's head who is alive and study the effects without the possibility of ruining that persons life.  I have taken one class on meditation and hypnosis in college and I am a full believer.  There are many techniques, and a doctor will tell you which one is best for you and weight loss.  The first thing though is you have to be totally open to the idea and follow all the hypnosis direction.  Good luck and keep me posted.

  2. Yes, I have used audio hypnotherapy to lose weight and I have been very successful with keeping the weight off. Actually, diets do work, but it is because we don't follow the diets, they don't work.

We have to change our behaviors to help lose weight. The audio hypnotherapy helped me with this.

Did you know that the British Medical Association and the American Medical Association approve the use of hypnosis when practiced by providers who are legitimate.

  3. Hypnosis helped me stop smoking. It can help with your motivation as well as curb your appetite and eat healthy and avoid junk foods. Talk to a professional on the phone. Most people get the maximum benefit after three sessions. A good hypnotherapist will also give you a cd to reinforce the sessions.
