I have panic attacks and thinking about seeing a hypnotist. Wanted to know if anyone has tried this and what their results were.

  1. I have been using audio hypnotherapy for anxiety and stress and have found it to be extremely helpful and very cost effective.

Along with the savings, you can do it in the privacy of your own home, you actually have more time to choose what you want to do instead of driving to the therapist's office and you support green technology, because you are saving on fuel.

I would highly recommend you check out this website as they have many different programs and great information.

  2. i went to a hypnotist to quit smoking. he said I had a strong type "A" personality, wich is harder to hypnotize. After the first session he told me to come back immed. if I  got a craving to smoke. I did get a craving, about two weeks later, went back and he repeated the   procedure all over again.i have been smoke free 8 years now.Except for that first craving,I have never missed smoking @ all.

  3. I had a hypnotic past-life regression once. It works.
