  1. i suffer from panick and axioty problems for medical stuff due to a big mistake in hospital that a doctor did i think that you should talk to your doctor and see what they suggest as hypnotepoy can mess mitth your mind and also it may not work spendin a ton of money on something that may make you feel worse na leve it to somone you van rely on

  2. Depending on the cause of your phobia hypnosis may or may not be able to help you quickly.  Some phobias are quickly and easily eliminated through hypnosis,  while some have more complex root causes and take more time than you may be willing to dedicate to the process.

I would suggest starting with self-hypnosis techniques.  There are a few good sites out there that teach the basics of self-hypnosis.  If self hypnosis doesnt work I would look at either finding a hypnotist in your area or buying tapes.  A good hypnotist will be more effective, faster...but tapes are a lot more inexpensive.

Check the forums on this site for more information...they have a lot of good information.  http://hypnosis.ironzipper.com

  3. I'd try it.  I use some self-hypnosis mp3s for some things and they seem to help.  But it is not a one time special trick like you see on TV.  It's more of a relaxation technique for something in your subconscious about the needle thing.

    Look at www.hypnosisdownloads.com

I got some from here so I wouldn't have to actually go to a hypnotist and it's much cheaper.  Plus I can listen to them as I am falling asleep.  If it seems to work for you, then you could also go to a professional hypnotist

  4. Hypnosis helps a LOT of people to get or remove a mental suggestion... it's especially beneficial for habits and fears because of that.

If nothing else, it's worth a try. Some people aren't susceptible to hypnotism, but many people can go under and get over their fears comparatively quickly. Give it a shot!
