  1. i loved it

i prefer life as a teapot

  2. I have worked as a hypnotherapist for 11 years.  My background is in NLP.

There's a wide variety in skill level of hypnotherapists.  It's quite easy to hypnotise almost anyone.

All hypnotherapy does is help you believe you can do almost anything thus temporarily unlocking the true potential of your mind.

But even then, people still don't necessarily know how to make the changes they want.  The hypnotherapist has to lead them through it.  Thus the hypnotherapist has to have an in-depth knowledge of the mind at its best (as compared to psychologists who have knowledge of how groups of people behave in mediocre states of mind).

A good hypnotherapist can help you with anything other than proper phobias (not social phobia which is a set of anxieties).  For phobias and addictions, go see an EFT or NLP therapist.

Any other questions, post them up or IM me directly and I'll respond later.

  3. i have been doen for smoking it worked for a while, but then i just started again, i would have reccommended it at first but i dont know anymore, might be different for other ppl

  4. I did it for smoking and have not smoked it 15 years, not even a craving.

  5. I was hypnotized during pregnancy to help with the nausea.  It felt wonderful, extremely relaxing, but it didn't really do much for the nausea.

I would surely do it again.
