person A (female) marries person B (male) and have a child (person C). If person C (female) had a child with person B and out came person D, when D grows up who would person C be to person D.

  1. Mother and sibling.  And sick.  Jack Nickelson and Fay Dunnaway made a movie about it called Chinatown.


  2. There are two relations here.

    The person who gave birth to D is D's mother. That is C in this hypo.

    Because in this hypo both C and D have the same father (B), but not the same mother, they are half-siblings.

    C is D's mother, and D is C's child. Also, C and D are half-siblings. They have more than one relationship, which is not "normal" but also not unheard of.

  3. Perverted family.

    Person C would be Grandmother.

  4. Moreso mother, but technically it would be both, assuming the child survived from all the deformities it would most likely have. I would hope that this kind of scenario is not actually brought into the world, but if it was, it would be person c's daughter, sister, also person b's daughter and grand daughter.
