  1. Trying on clothes is such a chore, buy them from a catalogue and if the zip breaks send them back marked faulty.

  2. i would have to tell it broke when i was trying it on.

  3. Hang it back up and get the h**l out of there!

  4. Thanks for reminding me some of the sizes now adays will hardly go over my hips. I don't seem to reach the part were I have to pull the zip up. Never broke a zip yet.  This weather I seem to have a habit of breaking lights in gardens you know them solar things that people stick in the grass.

  5. well if it was the zip in my fly i would tell the assistant whilst still wearing them and pointing at my crutch

  6. Tell the assistant. It's obviously not quality merchandise if a potential purchaser has a problem when they're just trying it on.

  7. just hang it in the changing room thingy and casually leave the store :P

    no one will know...lol

  8. I personally would take them to the assistant and tell her, in case someone picked them up and bought them without trying them on.

  9. just tell her there broke and it was not you?after all they are still in the shop?after all evan Zippy goes mad?

  10. Yes that has happened to me.... It's embarrassing, but, as the girl in one shop told me it happens all the time...not to worry about it they send it back and get a replacement.

  11. I send away for mine - problem solved.

  12. i would send them out with me, then when you buy them you ask for a reduction in price due to the zip being broken

  13. Stick it back on the hanger and leg it out of the shop.

Mind you, its their fault for selling such shoddy goods which break when a customer tries them on . . .

  14. I would like to think that I would tell the assistant and offer to pay for the trousers, hypothetically speaking. However, in reality I'd probably fold them neatly and put them back on the hanger.
