Question:

Hypothetical Question about Racists?

by  |  earlier

0 LIKES UnLike

Let's say:

A = Racist

B = Victim of Racist

A has been a Racist for all his/her life and B has been a victim towards the racism for all his/her life. A however is in need of a Kidney transplant but no matches are found for his blood type. B, weirdly, is found to be a match and gives his kidney to A. This saves A's life. Would A's opinion change about B or is his/her beliefs so ingrained that no doing can eradicate them?

  1. If A is a hardcore racist he might kill himself.

  2. ^^^ Thats what he said, Lina H

  3. It just means that B is the better person.

  4. i don't think so. there was no reason for them to HATE in the first place. that came from inside them, so i don't even think that act would change a racist's mindset

  5. A would prolly never want a kidney from someone who isnt their own race anyway. but i would hope there views would change if  not then that person is just sad.

  6. Depends on the severity. Some are hardcore where nothing would matter whereas someone with less severe views (like thinking all blacks are subhuman vs. thinking all blacks are criminals) might be enlightened in a positive way.
