  1. Does that mean that abortion is illegal?

  2. Abortions should only be legal before the 10 th week unless there is a serious medical reason. Contraception (condoms) should be free all over the world. The "morning after pill" should not be used as a form of contraception. Better s*x-Education in schools What an sti is and how you can get them. Its gob smacking obvious I know but whatever is being taught at the minute is havin no effect?.

  3. Too many to answer but you can start with "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness".  You really need to research yourself.

But as a start: if the fetus is a person then the woman's health habits become open to law - does she have an occasional drink?  What are her eating habits?  Are certain forms of exercise now outlawed for moms?  If the state decides she is not practicing good prenatal care can she be imprisoned - if she is a vegetarian, can they force feed her?  If she has cancer, must she forego chemo until the fetus is delivered?  If she is weeks pregnant and is in a coma can she be forced to stay alive on life support?  Can a guardian be appointed for the fetus to make decisions?  Do miscarriages now become homocide investigations?  If she is on psychiatric medications that are untested on pregnant women must she put her mental health last?  As each of these issues comes up, the woman's privacy is invaded - every move she make is now put under a microscope, it becomes a police state where every citizen feels justified in commenting on or reporting "suspect" behavior.

Abortion is an issue that only affects women.  Taking away choice in reproductive rights is a cornerstone to taking away women's rights.  All countries in which women are second-class citizens maintain that by controlling reproductive rights.
