  1. ya know what i say..................WELCOME TO HOCKEYTOWN HOSSA!!!!

  2. lol,

  3. if he wanted to come back, he never would have left.

  4. I can't see him wanting to come back to Pittsburgh for anybody to have to accept him back.

but, for me to truly accept him, he'd actually have to help win us the cup.

  5. Don't worry he will bagging the team that wins the Cup next to be on there team even if it's the Penguins.

I would accept him back depending on how much $ he wants.

  6. Holland says he has a one year try-out with the WINGS to work a deal to keep him if both parties agree. Its doable.... but we would lose a few guys like Hudler.....

Anyway... rumor is...HOSSA could actually go back to the PENS next summer if he wants to and that Shero would still sign him. From what I read neither party made any false promises... what was said by both sides were situations, no guarantees were made. Shero even said he was not lied to. Shero said he was upset he didnt have a chance to offer him a one year deal though....

  7. he was a rental player for the pens get over it!!!

i dont think that he would want to play there, he will chase money, which i dont think the pens will have enough to keep under the cap.  and its not like he went to philly, he went to a completely different conference.  if the pens fans boo him, they have no class

  8. Probably not a lot since they need him. The fans there are pretty slow though so it could take a bit I guess.

  9. He would have to give me a foot rub, be my personal servant, and mow my grass to be accepted again!

    ....Kidding.

I really don't see him coming back here to Pittsburgh. My guess is.....whoever wins the cup this year will sign him (excluding Pittsburgh....I just don't think he'd want to come back, but what do I know about him).I'm not even 100% sure I'd want him back. I'd have to do a lot of looking at the other UFAs before I decided.

  10. He was a hired gun by the Pens this season. He goeswhere the money is, so the question is would the Pens be willing to pay for him when this contract runs out.

  11. ummm he just wants another payday next year. Hossa is a money grubbing *****.

  12. It would take nothing. He was there for a few months. They were not willing to pay him what he wanted.

Look Hossa is looking so fat right now.

    A. Gets the best shot at a ring if you had to pick one team right now.

    B. Plays on one of the strongest offenses in the league padding his stats for next July when he will get some $$$$$$

  13. The Pens fans would be fine with it.  Nothing changes the fact that he is a great player and what would the Pens fans do anyway... boo him every time he scores a goal for them.

  14. We don't want or need him.

  15. A Bj each

    Y!A Violation here I come.

  16. First off Jason I have not booed him for going to Detroit.  I will not boo him when the Pens play the wings.  I will just root for the Pens.  I may not completely understand why he signed that kind of contract but no hard feelings from this pens fan.  If he wanted to come back the only thing that would matter is the price.  The Penguins do not want to become Tampa Bay.  No offense to Lightning fans.  We don't want to have all the money committed in three players and then having to trade at least one of them away.  So the only sticking point is money.  Of course you are assuming he wants to play in Pittsburgh again.  He would have the chance to be on Crosby's line.

  17. I imagine that depends. If Detroit loses and Pittsburgh wins this upcoming season, there'd be 0 chance of that happening.

  18. Hossa is gone he wanted more money and he wanted to go to a team that would give him a chance to win the stanley cup.  I'm wish he signed to his team where hes friends with Marian Gaborik.  Maybe next year.
