Hypothetical?

A kid is under eighteen and homeless, but has access to rent money. How do they find housing without going into foster care or a group home? Assume they don't have any adults around who who would co-sign a lease.

  1. i agree, im 17 and trying to find a place to live myself. my best bet is finding a roommate around who can sign. Its going to be dificult trying to live with someone you dont really know but it would make the bills atleast be a little less. Hang in there its going to be fine :)

    Best thing would be to look in the paper tomorrow under roommates, and go that route until you're 18.

    Wouldn't be as expensive for 1 and 2, you are not going to be able to rent an apartment without a co-signer under age.
