Hyundai plasma model HP-4200

Question

hi there i have a hyundai plasma tv the problem is it wont turn on when you switch it on you can hear a relay click like most tvs and you can hear it tring to come on then you hear 2 more clicks from relays then nothing, on the rare occasion the tv will turn on and when it does you dont get the 2 more clicks, i have been looking at lots of other sites with no joy as i think i could fix my self as i have had the back off and most is big circuit boards that just unplug but dont no what to change .
any help would be most greatful.
