I, starting to get worried..should i???

Question

today in work i was getting alot of pain right underneath my nibble by my lower abdomen..when i reached home this afternoon..i was bleeding a little and had some dark looking spots like pepper seeds i the blood to, i was going to the doc but was feeling to tired,,im thinking bout going tomorrow...do you think this is something serious???..im tryin not to take it on..hopefully its nothing bad.

what is a nibble??  Is that like a turkey gobble mixed with a nipple?
