Tried Alta Vista's Babel Fish program? Go Google "Babel Fish," and you'll get an free online translator. That should set you up nicely.

Don't use Babelfish.  It can only translate word for word and does not use context to translate a sentence.  Try typing in the words at Wordreference.com.

If you can't read the words to type them into word reference, then email me a copy and i'll see what I can do.  Can't guarantee anything as I only have a minor in French but I always like to learn more, especially with old documents, and it shouldn't be that difficult
