Re/Max (the one with the balloon tends to have the best agents in most areas but not all areas.  I own a Real estate company in Florida.. If you want I could research and refer you to a top agent in the area. ray @ grayprop.com

The company itself doesn't really matter.  Interview a few agents or go to open houses and see if you "click" with any agents.  Some agents don't want to spend time with a first time homebuyer but you might find one that specializes in that area.  Good luck!
