I,m wanting to start a family but I can seem to find that special woman who is wanting the same thing as I do? HELP!

Well one doesn't generally start a family just on a whim but I think that since you have recognized that you need a woman you are off to an amazingly good start. I would suggest Match.com or one of those other sites since Yahoo Answers Genealogy doesn't really deal with dating and marriage. Most of us are trying to find dead people and family connections.

I know many years ago there was a woman advertising for a man to get her pregnant. He had to have brown curly hair and blue eyes.  I understand she got lots of offers but changed her mind since her family wasn't happy about it.  Maybe you can put  an advertisement in your paper and magazines for a woman who would like you to get her pregnant.  I am not sure if you would be as successful as the woman who advertised.
