I-129f...beneficiary criminal record set with package?

I am an american filing a I-129f on behalf of my british fiance. I have no criminal record. He does (a couple thefts from over 10 yrs ago). Does his police record need to be sent in with the papers i am filing? It seems to be asking about me. (theft isnt listed on the I-129f either) Or does he bring that info in when its time for his interview?

He will need to get a police clearance record for his interview at the US Embassy in England. He will get the instructions to get that paper once he received the package from the embassy.
