I-130: I filed I-130 last november and i got a notice letter saying?

my receipt notice was sent to your addres; so i assumed it was the approval#, so i called uscis and i gave my rec#. got the info to submit the rest of the applications, and i just got a paper saying that need more evidence of a immigrant visa ( I-797 notcie of action for form I-130,. should i send the letter i receive anyway or should i go to talk to a legal advice?

What you received was an RFE(request for evidence).All you need to do is provide the USCIS with what they are asking for so they can process your case.Do not waste your money on a lawyer,you can do this by yourself.And PLEASE do not trust the people who answer the phones at USCIS,always ask to speak to a real immigration officer.Also,you can go to your local office but you need to scedule an appointment online first.
