I-130 petition. how do i stop it. i dont want to be married any more?

i went to india i was ther for 4 months. got married filed petition had inteview paid all costs. he is not here his interview for visa is on hold. where do i start to end marriage and petition as well

Did you know about your husband before marriage or it was arranged marriage ?if YES  ,first you must try to sort it out with your & his parents.But if YOU just not interested to continue this relationship so but "how u define the marriage ?you have enough time for legal aspect but life speically marriage life need more patience & understanding for each other.

If you are the petitioner, you write a letter with the Receipt Number that your intention of withdrawing the petition.

Contact the same office you filed the petition with, via writing, and submit a request to cancel the petition. If it is too far in the processing it may be too late, but it is worth a shot.
