Idk who can apply for the person?

Can your grandmother or mother to apply for you ??

I have a sibling (sister) but shes not 18 yet.

  1. Your mother can apply for her if she is under 18, or if you are using an immigration lawyer then can also file on her behalf.


  2. Green card holders can apply for spouses and unmarried children whether over or under 21. US citizens can apply for spouses, children, over or under 21, single or married (and their spouse and children as dependents) brothers and sisters (and their spouses and children as dependents). Your sibling could file once she's 21, but that petition would take a minimum of 11 years before it would be valid for use. Grandmothers can't apply for grandchildren, aunts and uncles can't apply directly either.

  3. any person that is a relative of yours can apply for a I-130,

    you sister has to be over 18 and show financial proof.
