I-131 RE ENTRY PERMIT (no advanced parole) HOw long does it take to get it???

I'm cuban and I have green card. I need to travel ASAP to my wife's country. I asked for cuban passport but they can send me in 1 YEAR!!! I can apply for I-131 but I need to know how much time does it take for RE ENTRY permit (No adavnce parole I know that it can take 4 -7 months). I can't send the form if it takes more than 2 months becuse I lost the opportunity to travel. PLEASE, some INFO?? Tks
