Question:

I'M 5'2", 15 YEARS OLD, AND 95 POUNDS!?!?

Okay I just ran a mile on my treadmill, and since school is going to start I might lose 3-5 pounds during the first week because I won't be eating as much.

But when school got out, I used to be 88 pounds and I want to go to 90 pounds. What other excercises should I do?

  2. hunny you're already dangerously small. you need to talk to someone you can trust and believe me... you do not what to spend the rest of your life thinking you need to lose weight. you're arms, thighs and stomach are NOT big when you weigh that much.  http://www.somethingfishy.org

    im 5'3, 15 years old, and 93 pounds which is very similar to you and i feel goooood.  You should too at that weight.

  7. i dont think you need to loose weight at all. but if you must, try jump roping every day. 10 minutes of jumping is equivalent to 30 minutes of running. you could also do excericises that tone and streghten the area, like squats and lunges for thighs, pushups and weights for arms, and sit-ups and crunches for stomach.
