I'M STARTING TO FORGET WORDS I'M SUPPOSED TO REMEMBER SUCH AS WHEN SOMEBODY TELLS ME SOMETHING I FORGET IT IN 5 SECONDS.

IS THIS NORMAL?

AND HOW CAN I HELP IT.

I think its normal. You are young and your brain is probably in over drive. Relax you'll grow out of it.
