Briefly. I changed car insurance companies. Got into and accident prior to having photos taken of the car. Now the insurance company says they aren't liable for damage as I didn't have full coverage due to lack of photos. I'm in California. I'm trying to draft a letter to the insurance commissioner to get help. I just don't know how to format it or what to say. Might you be able to help...
