Question:

I'd like to be a vegan again. Could you reccomend some good dairy substitutes? Like fake cheese?

I stopped because there just weren't enough options. I felt really limited in my food options. I'm still a vegetarian because I'm compassionate towards animals; but I'm becoming a vegan because I would like to lose weight.

    http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=8472.0

silk soy milk is delicious, use vanilla for drinking and cereal, and baking sweet foods and use plain for cooking

    Earth Balance is vegan

Smart Balance LIGHT is vegan, but i think that's the only vegan one of Smart Balance

tofutti cream cheese is pretty good especially in recipes and if you have it on a bagel with jam too.

vegenaise is good, especially mixed with ketchup for boca burgers and fries. mmmm
