How should we know, its all about what you feel and if u think its a good thing or not. Personally i think its a good thing cause its useing the dead to save the living, besides u wont even know its happening. But the dieing kid getting the knew heart will.

well thats a good idea...... but u can do other things while you are alive that can help people!!! such as volentary work at an old peoples home or nursery, its a good place to start.

Well, since you can't take your organs with you, it may not be a bad idea to donate them.  The waiting lists are quite long for certain transplants.  Or if not that, you can donate blood now.

How very compassionate you are!! Giving away some used organs after you have used them all up. Nothing like giving handme downs to make you feel all warm and tingly.... A real giver would give up organs before they get used up. You have two eyes, how selfish of you. So go ahead you only need one kidney, they can take half your liver.  Nothing beats the pure pain and terror like giving bone marrow.  you truly want to be saint like??  have a fire sale, everything must go!!

yes that is good because when you have died you will save someones life. If that doesn't put a smile on your face when you die I don't know what will.

That is a very good idea. Im might do the same thing. Other ways to help the people of  the world might be by donating money to people of 3rd world countries. If your rich, then you might think about making a hospital.

It's certainly not the only way, but it's a great way of helping people!

Every day in the US alone about 30 people die because they are unable to get organs, being an organ donor means you are actively saving the lives of many people. Plus most major religions are supportive of organ donation.

If you're uncomfortable with being an organ donor, there are other ways to help. In the medical field, you can give blood, or donate to medical charities.

Donating your organs is a great idea, although some people don't think so.

You could go to a blood center, and donate blood.  That's a great way to help people, and you can do it while you're alive!  People need blood all the time!

Because did you hear the story of the person that was knocked out the doctors thought she was dead and took her heart out, kidney out, and froze her. She is a block of ice at a small museum now.

i made that decision years ago and i think it's a great idea. i saw a piece on tv about a yr. ago about a male cheerleader that had died and had previously done the same thing you are doing. they interviewed the people who had received his organs. the stories were heartfelt and yes brought tears to my eyes. his family also met the recipients and it helped them thru their grief as well. they all became and have remained in touch. it was a win-win story for everyone. i applaud your choice.
